Spicy Ribs

METHOD:

In a large sauce pot, combine 1 gallon water with the soy sauce, coriander, garlic, limes, peppers, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the rubs, and simmer until cooked, about 30 minutes. Remove ribs from liquid and cover with the barbecue sauce.
